What were you and your dog's favorite things for 2006?
By BJ
Simply playing in the snow. My dog Barney is originally from California so he is fairly new to snow, and he loves to run around and dig his face in it and roll around in it. I make sure he's all bundled up in his winter parka and boots, and there is nothing cuter than watching him play in the snow! I do have to keep an eye on those boots, though, to make sure he hasn't blown one off.

My 4-year-old Jack Russell, Missy, loves the scent of my shower gel — Bath & Body Works® Fresh Vanilla. As soon as I turn on the shower, she comes running, takes up her position on the floor near the tub and starts sniffing the air. It's just the funniest thing.
How do you pamper your small dog?
By Arzu T.
The best pampering I can offer my dog is affection. That is his only wish! Showering him with love, affection, attention, and gentle massages are his favorite things in the world. For every bit of attention I give him, he thanks me with the sweetest little kisses, and it not only makes my day but his as well!
How do you celebrate your dog every day?
By Deborah M.
My little guy is such a mush and loves to cuddle. So, for an hour or two a day, he has my undivided attention and we cuddle, run, lay in the sun or just sit together. He's my best friend, so I try to make sure we do something together every day, like I would a human companion.

How do you make your dog’s meal a gourmet experience?
By Kim T.
I warm the ceramic bowl in hot water in the kitchen sink. Then I dry it out & add some Cesar food, mush it all around so it warms up. Then I mix in some dry food & mound it up. Daisy gets to lick the spoon. When I place the bowl on her placemat I tell her lunch is ready & pat her shoulders. So spoiled!!
Have a favorite stroll you like to take with your dog? A picturesque park you both favor? What makes it stand out?
By Michael J.
Rabbits! Mocha, our MinPin, loves to chase rabbits. I jog with her every other day, and once we round the corner there is a river bed where rabbits love to congregate. Mocha has never caught one. She just wants to make friends, but she's just a little forward and the rabbits don't stick around to introduce themselves!

By Doreen P.
I bought a new "puppy sling" for my Beagle and he just loves it! I have a hard time getting him out of it whenever we come home from a stroll! He loves being snuggled close to me and that everyone stops to admire him when he is in it.

Rosco The Healer
Six months after I got Rosco I was diagnosed with cancer. During treatment Rosco never left my side. He made me laugh when I felt sick. His unconditional love and affection was a big part in getting through the depression that goes along with cancer. He was a BIG part of my healing process
