NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. GAME BEGINS AT NOON (ET) ON 11/10/09 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 1/8/10 (THE "GAME PERIOD").

  1. TO PLAY INSTANT WIN GAME: Complete official registration form available at www.cesar.com/unwrap and follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game (the "Game"). ALL PLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 1/8/10. Limit: one (1) play per email address per day. If more than one (1) play per email address is received per day, then only the first such play is eligible. Each play will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person assigned the email address by the entity responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such person's email address. Multiple Game participants are not permitted to share the same email address. For the purpose of the Game, each day will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET, with the exception of the first day, which begins at Noon ET on 11/10/09, and the last day, which ends at 11:59:59 AM ET. If you are the first person to play the Game on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent winning Game message made available, you will receive a Game message that says "Congratulations!" and you will win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. Winning dates and times will be randomly predetermined under the supervision of D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization ("Judges").
  2. PRIZES AND ODDS: Five (5) Grand Prizes: An Escort Multifunction Travel Pet Carrier. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $99.99. Two Hundred Seventy Five (275) First Prizes: The First Prizes will be randomly predetermined from among the following prizes: two hundred (200) $25 PetSmart Gift Cards; fifty (50) $25 Canine Styles Gift Cards and twenty five (25) Small Pink Argyle Retractable Leashes. ARV of each First Prize: $25. One Hundred Twenty (120) Second Prizes: The Second Prizes will be randomly predetermined from among the following prizes: fifty (50) 1-year Subscriptions to Bark Magazine; fifty (50) 1-year Subscriptions to Modern Dog Magazine; and twenty (20) Cruising Companion Travel Food Bags. ARV of each Second Prize: $15. Seventy (70) Third Prizes: The Third Prizes will be randomly predetermined from among the following prizes: forty (40) Trixie + Peanut Best Friends Charms and thirty (30) Handi-Drink Portable Dog Water Bowl. ARV of each Third Prize: $12. Sixty (60) Fourth Prizes: The Fourth Prizes will be randomly predetermined from among the following prizes: thirty (30) The Little Dog's Activity Book and thirty (30) Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul. ARV of each Fourth Prize: $10.25. Thirty (30) Fifth Prizes: A Portable Travel Bowl. ARV of each Fifth Prize: $9.00. Fifty (50) Sixth Prizes: A Trixie + Peanut Plush Mini Mittens. ARV of each Sixth Prizes: $6.00. Five Hundred (500) Seventh Prizes: A coupon redeemable for one (1) of cesar® Treats™. ARV of each Seventh Prize: $3.99. One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500) Eighth Prizes: A coupon redeemable for one (1) of cesar® Canine Cuisine. ARV of each Eighth Prize: $1.00. Gift Cards must be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of their issuer, are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Additional restrictions may apply. Total ARV of all prizes: $14,694.95. Coupons are subject to terms and conditions stated thereon. Additional restrictions, limitations and exclusions may apply. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entrants playing and the date and time of each entry. Prize Limits: one (1) prize per household per day; one prize per household per prize level during the Game Period. If for any reason, a person receives more than one winning message per day, that person will receive the prize specified on the first winning message received for that day, subject to verification of eligibility. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for delivery of prize; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.
  3. INSTANT WIN PRIZE CLAIMS: Follow the prize claim instructions that will appear after you receive your winning Game message. Allow 6-8 weeks for winner verification and delivery of prizes. Unclaimed prizes (excluding Seventh and Eighth Prizes) will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing described in Rule 4 below (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Other unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the unlikely event that winning Game messages for any prize level are distributed in numbers greater than the number stated in these Official Rules for such prize level, that stated number of winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level.
  4. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: All prizes (excluding Seventh and Eighth Prizes) not claimed by 01/29/10 will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing (the "Drawing"), assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. Each time you play the Game, you will be automatically entered in the Drawing. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 2/1/10, by D.L. Blair, Inc. Odds of winning depend upon the number of unclaimed prizes and eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by standard mail. All entries become exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  5. ELIGIBILITY: Game/Drawing open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 13 or older as of 11/10/09, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, Judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
  6. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Prize claims subject to verification, and Drawing conducted by the Judges. A prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Any prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release(s) are not returned within five (5) days after mailing to winner or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. Any prize won by a minor may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsors' sole discretion. Each winner agrees to use of his/her name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian. Prize claims and entries are sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  7. GENERAL: Game/Drawing are void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Game/Drawing will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with the Game/ Drawing must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Decisions of the Judges are final on all matters relating to the Game/Drawing. Sponsor and Judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications; for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register for or to play the Game/Drawing is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or play will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, the Game/Drawing, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Game/Drawing should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game/Drawing. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing to award the remaining prizes will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Drawing prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and all of his/her entries) from the Game/Drawing or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Game/Drawing. Sponsors reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in the Game/Drawing, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in the Game/Drawing. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.
  8. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME/DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  9. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the names of winners, send an email to winners.list.request@dlblairsweeps.com with "WINNERS 6684" as the subject line. Requests must be received by 11:59:59 AM ET on 1/8/10. Winners list will be sent after winners have been verified.
